How quickly can you respond to service requests?

Plan members receive priority scheduling. For routine maintenance, we typically schedule within 1-2 weeks. Emergency service is available same-day or next-day for members.

Do you service all water heater brands?

Yes! We service all major brands including Navien, Rinnai, Rheem, State, Marathon, A.O. Smith, Bradford White, and moreβ€”both tankless and conventional tanks.

What if I'm outside your current service area?

Contact us anyway! We're actively expanding and may be able to accommodate your location or add you to our waitlist for upcoming expansion areas.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, our plans are flexible. Annual plans are paid upfront with no cancellation penalty. Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days notice.

Do you offer commercial services?

Yes! We provide maintenance plans for light commercial properties including small apartment buildings and offices. Contact us for custom pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Monthly plans are auto-billed. We also provide QuickBooks invoicing for commercial clients.
